Arab Board Part I and II written exam

The Arab Board of medical specializations has announce the date of both parts I and II written exam to be on 5/10/2010. Last date of submission of applications is 5/9/2010.
The Oral and OSCE of part II will be between 26-28/12/2010.

Research Project Opportunities at SQUH Emergency Department

Dear all ....

Dr.Nabil Al Zadjali has kindly announced about some research projects he is working on. He asked for any residents who are interested to participate in these researches to contact him directly. 

The topics of these researches are :
1. Urine Analysis: 4 arms; visual assessment, urine device in the ED, Lab urine device and microbiology lab.
2. Accuracy of point of care INR assessment with the lab.
3. Comparison of transcutaneous bilirubin check with lab reading.  

Please notice that one resident will have the chance in each research and immediate response is encouraged.
